Warranty administration
According to the law the products what are distributed by us are backed by a 1 year warranty. When you have any malfunctions with the purification devices we go to field work in 24 hours in Hungary. The warranty is backed to manufacturing and material defects: the Pentaqua Ltd. warrants this product as free of defects in material,design and workmanship for the preriod of one year from the original date of purchase. If during the period of warranty this product proves defective under normal use and service you should return the product to the retailer from whom it was originally purchased and according to the law we engage replacement or full money back guaranty. * english user manual * quality or goods classification * the importers don't provide warranty card for certain devices under the price of 10.000 .- HUF. The invoice replaces the warranty card therefor please keep it! You can find the addresses of the qualified service centers on the warranty card or by chance on the end of the product's user manual. If you need help our customer service will cordially provide you information to contact the qualified service centers. 72 hours exchange If the product proves defective within the period of 3 working days (72 hours) and you make our customer service aware of it you are entitled the replacement of the product or full money back. If the product proves defective after the period of 3 days we send the product to a qualified service center. Please make sure that you are only entitled to reimbursement in case of you send back the product in flawless factory packaging (with original accessories ) with the invoice and the warranty card. In all cases the returned faulty device and / or accessories first of all undergo testing. Money refund or product exchange is only possible in case of a genuine fault's existence. If the returned product's package (with original accessories) isn't flawless unfortunately we can not accept the product. In this case we send it back to you (the cost is borne by you) or we can request the remuneration of the missing accessories's price ( it may include the user manua, adapter, cable stylus etc.).If we are unable to replace the missing part then the Pentaqua Ltd may claim for the missing accessory/ies a compensation fee from the purchaser. If during the testing phase is verified that the device is faulty and the 72 hours exchange is a legal claim our staff will contact you and discuss for the rest with you. Malfunction during the warranty period In case of the product's malfunction you can refer to qualified service center(s) for repair. The product's exchange opprotunity provided by the manufacturer or importer (gives a replacement document in return for it we can replace the device). During the period of warranty according to your request our company will send (at our own charge) the faulty device to the qualified service center and after repairs it will be returned free of charge to you! Please note that unfortunately we can not control the work of the qualified service centers. If spare parts for the reparation of faulty device isn't available in some cases it could be a longer repair times. If the device can not be repaired the service inform us about it in written notice and issues a replacement certificate. In this case our staff will notify you and discuss for the rest with you. The right of withdrawal If you would have the intention of withdrawing the order you can do this as follows: You may have the intention of withdrawing the purchase within 8 working days without giving any reason. You have to send the product back in original, undamaged state to our address. Please keep in mind when deciding the renvoi that our company is only obliged to reimburse the total puchase price and the shipping costs when the product is intact and complete packaged. The costs in relation to exercising the right of withdrawal are borne by you. If the returned package meets all the conditions above: Our company is committed to transfer completely (according to the existing law) the total puchase price and the shipping costs back within 30 days you have received the package. More information about guarantee and the enforcement of withdrawal: According to the Government Decree No. 5. § a)-f) the consumer can not exercise the right of withdrawal ( 4. § ) in case of a contract what is concerning to providing services - unless otherwise agreed between the parties – if the vendor has started the fulfilment with the consumer's agreement within 8 working days of the withdrawal deadline. In case of: -
Selling such a product or providing such a service whose price depends on the non contolled (by the vendor) fluctiations of the financial market. -
Selling a product what is personalized to the customer. -
Selling a product what has been produced for the customer's specifical request or instruction. -
Selling a product whose nature nature can not be returned or what is perishable. -
A contract what refers to audio recording or telerecording and to a copy of a computer software. -
A product whose packing has been unsealed by the customer. -
A contract what refers to the sales of newspaper, magazine and periodical. -
Furthermore a contract what refers to gambling. The warranty under any circumstances is not enforcable for damaged or broken products!
