Transportation, receipt
The delivery is made by GLS courier service
The gross cost of the transport in Hungary is 2000 HUF.
In the case of cash on delivery the gross cost of the transport in the territory of Hungary is also 2000 HUF.
Delivery time: in case of the completion of payment within 3 working days.
When you receive the confirmation of the ordered product at the same time we inform you about the delivery date. The product what you have ordered will be delivered by our partner the GLS courier service.We do our best to dispatch the on stock products within 24 hours - if it does not happen the customer service of the Pentaqua Ltd. and the GLS is happy to provide you information. In the case of the product's shipment delay unfortunately we cann't bear the responsibility of it but if the delivery doesn't fulfil within 28 days you can ask for reimbursement of the product's price or the delivery of an equivalent product. Please help us with the following:
In all cases sign the proof of receipt – only in this case can the employees of the courier service hand over the product.
On receipt of the product please check the contents of the parcel- An itemized receipt, check the contents of the package – the delivery is completed in case of undamaged products, accessories, complete and accurate billing information. When you realize discrepancies please report it to our customer service within 24 hours we can accept the application only during this period. Please keep in mind that the GLS courier service keeps the waybills of the parcels for 90 days.
Personal receipt

In case of personal receipt paying by cash is possible.
